Following its takeover in 1997 to become 100% owned subsidiary of one of Malaysia’s largest diversified financial groups, Affin Holdings, Telenas was renamed Affin Money Brokers in 1999. Affin Money Brokers is one of four brokers currently licenced to operate in Malaysia The broker specialises in onshore Malaysian Ringgit products, both traditional and Islamic, and maintains relationships with global inter-dealer brokers for offshore institutions and transactions acting as agent.
