Trading Technologies International was originally founded in Frankfurt, Germany before relocating to the US, by Gary Kemp who resigned in 2002 The company develops trading solutions software, and infrastructure, and is a provider of market data information TT has been an active player in futures technology patent litigation, as well as entering into a number of deals, both acquisitive and collaborative •2012 purchased Tickit, rebranded as Algo Design Limited (ADL) •2014 announced a deal with the European Energy Exchange to provide a front end trading platform for the exchange •2015 supplied front end technology to the Financial and Energy Exchange Group •2017 bought Nuerensic a specialist in regulatory compliance •2018 partners with Tradestation to offer an options trading platform followed by 2019 launch of Tradestation Futures Plus
