After a subsequent management buyout led by Stephen Lai, NextView was then sold to Da Zhi Hui (Shanghai Great Wise) in their first venture outside Greater China to gain a presence in Singapore and the ASEAN market space. The company was renamed and became a 100% subsidiary of Shanghai listed DZH DZH International delivers solutions to the institutional and retail investment community. In addition DZH operates a conference and financial markets education business working with regional local governments which includes running expos, forums, seminars and executive training
